OVERVIEW

The Elite Performance x Bayside Jets Ath-Elite program is back for another season.

It's bigger and better than before offering several access opportunities weekly to ensure all athlete schedules are catered for.

The program has been redesigned to provide the opportunity for mixed age and mixed sport athletes to work simultaneously in the facility to develop one another's skills, and provide the opportunity for younger athletes to obtain positive role models.

The program running with the Bayside Jets will be specifically written for the individual athlete - this ensures that all athletes are working on their weakest points with those who have a natural ability to progress faster being offered the opportunity to perform more advanced exercises and take more responsibility for their training and recovery.

YOUR COACH

Paul Knight is an Athlete Development Coach at Elite Performance and will be coaching the sessions for the extent of the program. 

Paul has an extensive background in sport, playing AFL for 13 years before switching codes and excelling in American Football. Paul has over 20 years experience in coaching and developing athletes, having worked with young athletes right through to professional sports people. Paul has been involved with the National Performance Program for Basketball Training Queensland and currently works with numerous teams and individual athletes from multiple codes.

Throughout the program you will not have coaches swapped or crossed - providing a personal experience is one of the key reasons our programs are so successful - your coach knows your strong and weak points, ensuring that your development is individualised.

FAQ

  1. HOW LONG IS THE PROGRAM?
    The program does not have a set length - a training 'block' is 4 weeks in length, we are willing to take athletes on who commit to  2 blocks, however our recommended minimum is 3 blocks to achieve good results.  
    Committing to 3 blocks will see Jets athletes will undergo before and after testing as part of the program. Anything less than 3 blocks will not include testing.
  2. WHEN DOES IT START
    There is no specific start date. We understand school holidays are approaching - some will want to train during holidays, other will want a break. You can start the program at any point, making specific note of the minimum number of blocks being 2.
  3. HOW IS PAYMENT MADE
    We offer the opportunity of payment in blocks (One block = 4 Weeks). This can be made via cash, card, electronic transfer or direct debit. Please be aware that direct debit and card payments have a small surcharge at the rate our providers pass on.
  4. WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED
    Our address is 17 Neumann Road Capalaba - we are less than 3 minutes from the two major shopping complexes (see map below).
