POST TRAINING SNACK – PRO TIPS FROM AN AUSSIE ATHLETE

We have something a little different for you today –

Recently a video aptly titled ‘Snack and Field’ slid into my newsfeed, I got in contact with an old running companion of mine and have been given permission to share this with you all – it’s entertaining and it provides an insight into what an Aussie Track and Field Athlete uses as their go-to post training feed.

Is this professional nutritional advice, no, but it’s entertaining and a great way to get an insight into some behind the scenes footage of our Aussie Athletes, all while providing a great little recipe for you to whip up in your own kitchen.
